1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Wantedverse website and the initial request process. Wantedverse is operated by WANTED VERSE LTD, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. These terms do not by themselves appoint us as your agent or require us to accept an instruction. Concierge work begins only after WANTED VERSE LTD and the client agree separate engagement or agency terms.
2. Our role
Depending on the agreed mandate, we may research options, introduce or communicate with independent suppliers, coordinate commercial and practical matters, and arrange authorised payments. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, third-party suppliers contract for and remain responsible for the goods or services they provide.
3. Availability, quotations and approvals
Information, availability and prices may change until confirmed by the relevant supplier. We do not guarantee access, inventory, acceptance or outcome. We will identify our fee and material third-party costs before commitment wherever reasonably possible. The client is responsible for timely and accurate instructions.
4. Payments and cryptocurrency
Payment routes are agreed for each mandate. Cryptocurrency exchange, custody or regulated payment services are not provided by Wantedverse. Where available, such services are supplied by an independent appropriately licensed provider under its own onboarding, compliance and service terms.
5. Cancellations and supplier terms
Cancellation, refund, change and delivery rights may depend on the specific supplier contract and mandatory consumer law. Our own professional fees and expenses will be addressed in the engagement terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or request our assistance for unlawful, fraudulent, sanctioned, abusive or misleading activity. We may decline or stop work where legal, compliance, safety, reputational or practical concerns arise.
7. Liability and governing law
Any limitations of liability and the governing law for concierge services will be stated in the signed engagement terms and remain subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, investment or financial advice.
